# What you'll need:

→ Proteins

01 - 1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 9 oz), diced
02 - 7 oz ground beef (85% lean)
03 - 6 slices bacon

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 head butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated and washed
05 - 1 medium tomato, diced
06 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
07 - 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

→ Seasonings

08 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
10 - 1/2 tsp salt
11 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Ranch Dressing

12 - 1/3 cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

# Method:

01 - Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to drain, then crumble or chop into pieces.
02 - In same skillet, add ground beef. Sprinkle with half the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook, breaking up with spoon, until browned and cooked through (6–8 minutes). Transfer to bowl and keep warm.
03 - Add diced chicken breast to skillet. Season with remaining salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until golden and cooked through (5–7 minutes). Remove from heat.
04 - Lay out lettuce leaves on large platter. Layer each leaf with spoonful of beef, chicken, and bacon.
05 - Top with diced tomato, red onion, and cucumber slices.
06 - Drizzle each wrap with ranch dressing.
07 - Serve immediately, letting everyone assemble their own wraps if desired.

# Expert advice:

01 -
  • Three proteins mean every bite feels indulgent while staying completely low carb
  • The crispy bacon against cool crisp lettuce creates that perfect textural contrast we all crave
02 -
  • Drying your lettuce leaves completely after washing prevents the dreaded soggy bottom situation
  • Letting the meats rest for a minute before building helps them retain their juices instead of leaking onto the lettuce
03 -
  • Cook your bacon in the oven instead of the skillet for perfectly even crispiness and less cleanup
  • Season each protein separately rather than all at once for better flavor distribution
